Our guarantees absorb a portion of losses from eligible loans and leases, enabling local lenders to more confidently finance clean energy technologies for household and SME customers.

02Funds

Our asset-backed funds buy loan portfolios, pool them, and refinance them with institutional investors, providing scaled and affordable wholesale capital to lenders.

03Fund Forge

Fund Forge is a pool of catalytic technical assistance raised in partnership with Sunrise International to bring six to eight innovative financing instruments to market in Asia as template transactions, covering legal, structuring, financial modeling and other costs.

04Back-Up Servicer

The Back-up Servicer Initiative is a joint venture with Catalyst Energy Advisors to stand up a missing piece of market infrastructure that provides continuity of loan and lease servicing for pay-as-you-go clean energy financing across Africa.
